Policy for Evaluating Request and Recommendation

 

Within the framework of ISO 9001 :  2008 Quality Management System, The Directorate of Student Affairs of METU (Registrar’s Office) is liable for periodically assessing its services and ensuring user satisfaction. To this end, your feedback regarding the services provided by the Registrar’s Office will contribute to the betterment of our services.

You may send us your feedback in various ways:

  1. You may directly contact the concerned personnel in the unit from which you receive the service. Information regarding the name, last name, phone number, e-mail address of the personnel is available at our website (http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/personel-iletisim). 
  2. You may directly contact the manager of the unit from which you receive the service. Information regarding the name, last name, phone number, e-mail address of the unit managers is available at our website (http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/personel-iletisim).
  3. You may indicate your complaint/recommendation electronically by filling out the Feedback Form on our website (http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/request-and-recommendation-form). Alternatively, you may make use of the feedback forms and boxes available at the Registrar’s Office to convey your feedback.

Your feedback will be evaluated, necessary procedures will be carried out towards solving the problem and those who have indicated their personal and contact information will be informed of the situation.
