Dear Students,

The Course Evaluation Surveys will be conducted online between 18 December 2025 and 02 January 2026 to support the continuous improvement of our courses and teaching processes.

You may access the surveys via https://oibs2.metu.edu.tr/Student_Course_Evaluation by logging in with your university username and password. After you log in, the courses included in the evaluation will be listed. Please complete an individual evaluation for each course.

Although access to the survey is provided through your student ID number, once you complete a course survey and click the “Değerlendir / Evaluate” button, your personal information is automatically deleted by the system and only your responses are transferred to the data pool anonymously. Therefore, the survey for each course must be completed in a single session.

Since participation rates in previous semesters were below the desired level, completion of the surveys during class hours will be supported this semester. The surveys will also remain accessible through the system throughout the survey period.

Participation is voluntary; however, your feedback is highly valuable to our university, as it has the potential to create opportunities for improvement and enhancement in our education and teaching processes.
