Announcement for Department of Basic English Students to Register for the 2021-2022 Academic Year by Submitting an English Language Certificate (Additional Document)
Students who fail at the end of the first or second year in the Department of Basic English Preparatory Class for academic reasons, who have the right to submit an internationally valid document (TOEFL IBT, IELTS and PTE) accepted by the University Senate;
The sample of the document they want to submit through the contact form at https://oidb.metu.edu.tr/tr/form/iletisim-formu-contact-form#no-back until the end of working hours on 06 September - 28 October 2021, Department of Basic English They should send it to the Registrar's Office by e-mail.
A notification e-mail will be sent to students who submit their documents via e-mail after their documents are processed. Students who receive an information e-mail must complete the Interactive registration and advisor approvals (Associate, undergraduate and graduate programs) between 13 - 15 October 2021 announced in the Academic Calendar. After the interactive registration week (October 15, 2021), students who submit additional documents until October 28, 2021 must contact their Department and complete the registration process.
