As of the 2021-2022 Spring Semester Add/Drop week, a new rule will be introduced while adding certain elective courses. According to this new rule, after the course capacity is fully used for these courses, any quota that becomes vacant due to course drop operation by a student(s) will only become available to be added by another student within a random time.
