Procedures to be done by the students who will make a final registration through the Transfer Program

1. Visit https://useraccount.metu.edu.tr/newstudent/ to take the user code and password 
2. Visit http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/student-id-cards to get detailed information about id card processes and apply for a new id card over https://cardinfo.metu.edu.tr.
3. Students who have been admitted under Additional Article 1 and exceeded the maximum duration of education are required to pay a tuition fee before the interactive registrations. They can visit http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/tuition-fee-amounts to see the tuition fee amounts.
4. For interactive registrations and advisor approvals, students are required to select courses and get advisor approval by following the web address https://student.metu.edu.tr/ between the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
5. The Basic English Unit will administer a placement test for students admitted to the Preparatory Class under Additional Article 1. Students can find more information at https://dbe.metu.edu.tr. Those who are required to study in the preparatory class for one year must pay a tuition fee. Tuition amounts can be found at http://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/tuition-fee-amounts.
