Announcement by METU Department of Environmental Engineering:
Dear Students,
We wish you all a productive and inspiring new academic year.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in our “A Sustainable Environment” Public Service Announcement Competition, which we announced earlier. The application calendar for the competition has been updated.
With this update, we would particularly like to emphasize that the application and video submission processes consist of two separate stages. In the first stage, only the completion of the application form is required. Submitting a video is not necessary at this stage. The prepared videos will be submitted in the second stage, within the specified date range.
Updated Dates:
Stage 1 – Deadline for Completing the Application Form: October 25, 2026
Stage 2 – Video Submission: October 25 – November 15, 2026
Results Announcement Date: December 14, 2026
Details regarding the competition can be found in the updated poster attached.
We look forward with great excitement to seeing your ideas and creative work for a sustainable future. We wish all participants the best of luck.
Kind regards,
METU Department of Environmental Engineering
