Applications for the English Proficiency Examination to be held on 8–9 September 2026 for candidates wishing to benefit from the student amnesty under Provisional Article 85—added to Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Article 14 of Law No. 7592, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 9 August 2026 and numbered 33335 and thereby entered into force—closed on 3 September 2026 at 17:00.
Applications submitted after this date will not be taken into consideration and will be directed to the English Proficiency Examination to be held on 5–6 October 2026.
