APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates who will apply for a transfer within the framework of the "METU Directive for Student Transfers for Undergraduate Programs" and Presidency of the Council of Higher Education's "Regulation on the Principles of Transferring Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Credit Transfer Between Institutions" can get detailed information by visiting the announcements of faculties mentioned below.
Faculty of Arts and Sciences: It will be announced later.
Faculty of Engineering: It will be announced later.
Faculty of Education: It will be announced later.
Faculty of Architecture: It will be announced later.
Faculty of Economoics and Administrative Sciences: It will be announced later.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (Transfer According to Cumulative)
The medium of instruction at Middle East Technical University is English. Applicants from outside METU are required to document their English proficiency at the time of application.
Applicants who cannot provide proof of English proficiency may take the English Proficiency Exam (EPE) administered by the School of Foreign Languages.
Applicants who do not take the English Proficiency Exam may submit, the results of one of the exams listed in the equivalency table of English proficiency exams accepted by METU (such as TOEFL or PTE).
Applicants who do not meet the foreign language requirement will not be granted the right to study in the preparatory class.
