- Please first make your online residence permit application through the webpage of https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/
- Please wait for the text message from the Migration Office regarding your appointment.
- To not delay to your appointment and to have all the required documents in time, please fill the form 3-4 days before your residence permit appointment. Under regular conditions, residence permit documents are ready the day after the below-given form's submission, at 15.00. You may arrange your time and collect the document from the Registrar's Office according to this regulation.
- Students who have not completed their first semester in their current program will collect their documents from the International Students.
- Students who have completed their first semester in their current program will collect their documents from Registrar's Office.
Please upload a pdf copy of your passport's identification page and the page showing the stamp for the last entrance to Turkey.
